高校思想政治理论课实践教学新模式的构建探讨

高校思想政治理论课实践教学存在管理体制、条件保障、课程属性、操作规范、考核评测等系列需要明确和解决的问题，构建一个既具备普遍性和理论针对性又体现时代性和学生个性，既有规定性和固定性又有灵活性和变动性，既有基础保障又有操作规范的实践教学体系必要且可行。%In college ideological and political theory-practice course there exist problems with management systems, condition guarantees, course attributes, operation specifications, assessments and evaluations, etc. It is necessary and feasible to structure a practice course system that is both universal and theory-targeted, meanwhile reflecting the times and students' personalities, prescriptive and immobile, flexible and variable, with basic insurance as well as operation specifications.
