建筑类高职院校BIM技术紧缺人才培养对策研究

摘要

分析我国BIM技术人才结构和高校BIM技术教学现状，围绕人才培养顶层设计、课程教学内容改革、实现虚拟仿真教学、完善条件建设等，提出了具体实施对策。%This paper analyzes the structure of technicians for BIM and current teaching situation of BIM in colle-ges, and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of the top-level design of talents training, the re-form of curriculum content, the realization of virtual and simulating teaching and improving the teaching condi-tions, etc.
