以山东邹平新月河水环境规划设计为例，探讨城市河道水环境景观设计方法。规划以邹平地域文化为主脉，以新月河现状及自然条件为出发点，以满足河道防洪、供水功能为基础。通过规划河道景观引入水源，修复河道自然属性，实施独具特色的枯水期驳岸、乡土为主的植物种植设计和地域文化景观的塑造等措施，达到以合理开发水资源、保护与修复水域生态功能、传承与延续地域文化，实现城市水环境景观可持续性。%Using the environmental planning of Xinyue River in Zouping, Shandong province as the case study, this paper investigates the methods for water environment landscape design for urban river. The main force of this design is the regional culture of Zouping. The design starts with the present natural conditions of Xinyue River and bases on the purpose of flood control and water supply. This paper offers the following measures in order to reasonably develop water resources, protect and restore the functions of water ecosystems, make the regional cul-ture a heritage that can be passed to future generations, and to achieve the sustainability of urban water environ-ment and landscape:planning river water landscape and diverted water source;restoring the natural attributes of rivers;laying out the landscape range of the blue line and the green line;creating ecological revetment and plant planning design with the main focus on native trees;crating regional cultural landscape, and etc.
