基于IPA的旅游管理专业酒店实习满意度调查研究 ——以南阳师范学院旅游管理专业为例

     

摘要

This paper has analyze the trainees'satisfaction of hotel practice with the method of Importance Performance Analysis and Paired Samples T Test by setting up the evaluation index focusing on the students of Grade2011, 2012 in the department of tourism management of Nanyang Normal University.The results show that there is a big difference between the trainees'satisfaction and expectation about the hotel practice.As a whole, remaining area (high satisfaction vs.high expectation), key improvement area (low expectation vs.high satisfaction), low priority area(low satisfaction vs.low expectation) and oversupply area(high expectation vs.low satisfaction) are the four states.That is to say, there is still a large space to improve whether it is the hotels or the schools in the aspect of trainee management.Furthermore, some countermeasures for the practice management have been put forward according to the four conditions.%以南阳师范学院2011、2012级旅游管理专业学生为研究对象,通过构建酒店实习满意度评价指标体系,运用IPA分析法和配对样本T检验法对旅游管理专业酒店实习满意度进行分析.结果显示,旅游管理专业酒店实习前期望度与实习后满意度差异显著,总体上可划分为四种状态,即优势区域(高重要性,高满意度)、维持区域(低重要性,高满意度)、修补区域(低重要性,低满意度)和重点改进区域(高重要性,低满意度),说明无论是店方还是校方在实习生管理方面仍然有很大的提升空间.据此,提出了相应的实习管理建议.
