虚拟砂芯优化组合在齿轮箱铸造工艺设计中的应用

         

摘要

针对新品齿轮箱铸件结构复杂的特点,采用了对虚拟整体砂芯进行合理分割后再优化组合的方法,使各芯均使用芯头定位和排气,再连接固定为一整体,有效提高了组合砂芯装配后的尺寸精度和砂芯整体稳定性,防止了气孔等缺陷的产生。通过铸造工艺方案的分析和优化,生产出品质达到工艺设计要求的铸件,并为类似新品的开发提供了可资借鉴的经验和依据。%For new gearbox castings complex structure, this paper uses the method of virtual whole sand core split after a reasonable portfolio optimization, and uses the core of the core head positioning and exhaust, and then connects them as a whole, which effectively improves the combination of sand dimensional accuracy and the overall stability of the core sand core after assembly, preventing porosity and other defects. By analyzing and optimizing the casting process, the production of quality meets the design requirements of the casting process which provides similar experience and evidence for developing new products.
