高校社会实践基地建设的现状与对策研究

摘要

One of the causes of the increasing employment pressure of undergraduates in recent years is their lack of practical ability, which is hard to satisfy the society’s demand of talents. Strengthening the construc-tion of practical teaching bases is one of the effective solutions to this problem. This article takes the school of business in Nantong University as an example, investigates by questionnaires and analyses the current situa-tion of the construction of practical teaching bases in colleges and universities. The strategy to improve the employability of undergraduates and the construction of practical bases is proposed from four levels including government, enterprises, universities and student.%近年来大学生就业压力持续加大，原因之一就是实践能力欠缺，难以适应社会对人才培养的需求，加强高校实践教学基地的建设，是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。以南通大学商学院为例，通过问卷调查形式，分析了高校实践基地建设的现状，同时分别从政府、企业、高校和学生四个层面出发，提出了提升大学生就业能力、改善高校实践基地建设工作的对策。
