基于互信息原理的高职充分就业指导研究

摘要

供需双方的信息不对称是造成高职毕业生就业质量不高的重要原因之一。对此，运用信息熵与互信息的关系，提出了以实现充分就业为目标、以提高互信息量为重点，建立高清晰度信道为路径的高职就业指导工作改进策略，并给出了切实可行的具体做法。%The asymmetry of information from supplier and demander is one of the significant causes of low employment quality of vocational graduates. Hence, applying the relation of entropy of information and mutual information, the article proposes the strategy, which aims at achieving full employment, focuses on broadening mutual information and establishes vocational career guidance via high definition information, and provides the practicable measures.
