生源结构性锐减视角下高职精益德育模式

摘要

生源结构性锐减给高职院校带来在生源减少、质量下降等压力。为缓解这一压力，有必要构建具有高职特色的精益德育模式。该模式由人本化、全程化、精细化三个模块构成，两两双向链接，形成合力。%TThe sharp shrink of student pool puts stress on vocational colleges with the decrease in both quantity and quality. To deal with the pressure, it is necessary to establish “Lean Moral Education”featuring vocational education, which consists of people-oriented module, full-process module and elaboration module. The three modules connect pair-wise to form a resultant force.
