文章介绍了钢丝绳断丝信号的特点,分析了利用变阀值小波与提升小波降噪的原理、步骤。通过对断丝模拟信号与实际钢丝信号的降噪处理,验证了两种小波变换降噪方法均能有效去除基线漂移和脉冲噪声等干扰。与传统变阀值小波变换相比,提升小波降噪效果更好、运算速度更快、内存占用更少,为信号的后期特征分析与定量计算奠定扎实的基础。%Based on an introduction of the characteristics of the signal of broken wires, this article analyzes the principle and procedures of noise reduction through variable threshold wavelet and lifting wavelet. In addition, taking as a case of study the noise reduction of broken wires’digital signal and the actual wire signal, it indicates that the two methods of noise reduction can both effectively remove the drift of the baseline and the pulse noise, etc. Compared with the traditional variable threshold wavelet, lifting wavelet is marked by better effects of noise reduction, faster operation speed and less memory occupation, which is expected to lay a solid foundation for the characteristic analysis of the later stage as well as the quantitative calculation.
