学术期刊的非正式制度探讨

摘要

Due to the lack of formal institutions, informal institutions turns to be the main rules of the development of academic journals. This paper studies the common problems of the academic journals, and does some research in the influences of informal institutions such as the ideology, concept of value, ethics etc. on the academic journals with the theories of institutional economics. And this paper suggests that we should focus on the constructions of the informal insti-tutions of the academic journals, and we can improve the qualities of academic journals through the establishment of so-cialist values, socialist core values, obeying the ethics of academic journals, regulating the behaviors of the editors, authors and participants.%在正式制度缺失的情况下，非正式制度成为学术期刊发展进程中的主要行为规则。运用制度经济学理论，从学术期刊发展的共性问题入手，研究非正式制度即从意识形态、价值观念和伦理道德等对学术期刊的影响，提出应注重学术期刊非正式制度体系的构建，通过树立社会主义意识形态观、社会主义核心价值观和遵守学术期刊的伦理道德规范，规范编辑、作者及其参与者的行为，提高学术期刊质量，促进学术期刊发展。
