学术期刊审稿过程中的责任编辑行为--基于网络采编系统审稿流程的分析

学术期刊责任编辑参与并主导了稿件审读的整个过程。在审稿过程中，责任编辑不仅要进行稿件的初审，还要协助审稿专家做好外审工作，同时为主编终审提供必要的信息，辅助主编终审。通过考察网络采编系统审稿流程中的编辑行为发现，学术期刊责任编辑只有细致而认真地对待每一个审稿环节，合理化自身的编辑行为，才能有效控制随意处理稿件的行为，保证稿件得到高质量的专家评审，为主编终审提供可靠的稿件信息。%Executive editors of academic periodicals participate in and take the leading role in the whole procedure of manuscript review. During the review, executive editors should not only conduct a preliminary assessment, but also help the peer experts for confidential review, and provide necessary information for the editor-in-chief to make the final deci-sion. Through the analysis of editors’ behaviors in the review process in network editing system, it is found that only when the executive editors of academic periodicals treat every review stages carefully and earnestly, make their editing be-haviors in a reasonable way, can they reduce the random handling behaviors of manuscripts effectively. And in this way, they can ensure the manuscripts reviewed by the peer experts precisely and provide trustworthy information of the manuscripts for the editor-in-chief to make the final evaluation.
