早产儿败血症肿瘤坏死因子-α检测及临床意义

         

摘要

目的:研究早产儿败血症与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的关系。方法:测定31例早产儿败血症、28例早产儿及27例正常新生儿血清中TNF-α水平。结果:早产儿败血症组TNF-α明显高于早产儿组(P<0.01),并且明显高于正常新生儿组(P<0.05), 早产儿组TNF-α明显高于正常新生儿组(P<0.01)。结论:新生儿尤其是早生儿细胞免疫功能尚未发育完善,易发生败血症,且早产儿败血症组TNF-α明显升高,TNF-α参与了早产儿败血症病理生理过程,故可检测血清中TNF-α作为早产儿败血症早期诊断指标之一,并建议对早产儿败血症进行抗生素治疗的同时给予适量TNF-α抗体,以阻断其过量产生所致的有害作用,增强早产儿自身抗感染的能力。%Objective:To studay the relation of premature infant with septicemia and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods:Blood serum TNF-α level was measured in 32 premature infants with septicemia and 28 premature infants and 27 neonates. Results: The blood serum TNF-α level in premature infant with septicemia was much higer than that in premature infants and the neonates. the blood serum TNF-α level in premature infant was much higer than that in the control neonates. Conclusion: Cell immunological function of neonate and premature infants do not grow perfectly ; Neonate and premature infant are easy to be attacked by septicemia. Blood serum TNF-α level is significant topathgeresis of neonatal septicemia.So TNF-α level may be regarded as a marker for early diagnosis. We may inject proper antibody of TNF-α to block the overdose of TNF-α and to enhance the ability of resisting infection when we use antibiotics to treat the premature infant with septicemia.
