论我国高校科技产业的发展趋势

摘要

我国高校科技产业的发展是离不开国家政策支持的,目前仍然存在不少问题,建立现代企业制度和完善中国特色现代大学制度要求我国高校科技产业必须走向社会化和市场化,但是其市场化和社会化必须有一个过渡阶段,在这个阶段要逐步建立高校投资撤出机制,保证国有资产的保值增值。%The development of scientific and technological industry of China＇s higher education institutions relies heavily on governmental policy support.Consequently,many problems arise in this process.Both setting up modern enterprise system and improving modern higher educational system with Chinese characteristics demand socialization and marketization of scientific and technological industry of China＇s higher education institutions.There exists a transitional stage in the process of marketization and socialization,in which we must gradually set up an investment withdrawal mechanism of higher educational institutions,so as to ensure value maintenance and appreciation of state-owned capital.
