工程技术类杰出人才的共性特质——以钱学森、冯·卡门和普朗特为例

A team of excellent scholars are obligatory to play the leading role in engineering and technological development in the past,at present and in the future.＂QIAN Xuesen＇s Inquiry＂ reflects not only China＇s inadequate training of excellent scholars,but also the complexity and difficulty in tackling these problems.This paper,taking QIAN Xuesen,Von Karman and Prandt as examples,discusses the common features of excellent technical engineers,and gives a new perspective on China＇s cultivating outstanding talents.%过去、现在以及未来工程技术的发展都需要一批杰出人才担当领军重任。＂钱学森之问＂既反映了我国在杰出人才培养上的不足,也映射出问题解决的复杂艰难。文章以钱学森、冯.卡门和普朗特为例,探讨了工程技术类杰出人才所应具有的共性特质,旨在为我国工程技术杰出人才培养提供思考。
