Based on a comparative analysis of Marxist economics and Western economics in terms of respective land rent theo -ries, this article points out their commonality in theoretical sources , research subjects and contents , and profoundly analyzes their differences in terms of land rent ranges , division of differential rents , causes and formation conditions of land rents , and land rent prices.Then, learning from beneficial ingredients in the Western Economics , this paper, taking Marxist economics in land rent theory as its theoretical principle and guidance , offers lessons and proposals concerning the actual land problems in our country , so as to better address the land problems .%本文通过对马克思经济学和西方经济学地租理论的比较分析,指出二者在理论来源、研究对象及内容上的共性,并从地租的范围、级差地租的划分、地租产生的原因及形成条件、地租的价格问题等方面深入剖析了二者的区别。进而以马克思经济学地租理论为理论依据和指导,在汲取西方经济学中的有益成分的基础上,对我国的现实土地问题予以启示和建议,以期更好地解决我国的土地问题。
