“智慧旅游”的建设框架探析

＂智慧旅游＂是促进我国旅游业转型升级、实现从旅游大国向旅游强国迈进的重要抓手,主要有智慧服务、智慧商务、智慧管理和智慧政务等四个表现形式,其发展框架包括制度体系、基础设施体系、信息资源体系、应用支撑体系、应用体系、服务体系、法规与标准化规范体系和信息安全与运维保障体系等八大组成部分。%Intelligent tourism is an important initiative for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese tourism in- dustry and for the advancement from a big to a strong tourism country. Intelligent tourism is mainly reflected in intelli- gent service, intelligent business, intelligent management and intelligent governance. The framework for its development should be composed of eight systems of institution, infrastructure, information resources, appliication support, applica- tion, service, regulations and standardized norms as well as information security and operation and maintenance.
