供应链企业间的信任研究综述

摘要

Trust among supply chain members is of vital importance for the healthy and rapid development of supply chain enterprises and the whole industry in that it can dodge opportunistic risks, reduce transaction cost among enterprises, arouse the desire to cooperate and improve the quick response ability of supply chain. Trust is build on the basis of such antecedents as good reputation of and effective communication among enterprises. The meaning of trust can be interpreted differently under different situations, so is its influence over supply chain enterprises.%供应链企业间的信任对供应链企业以及整个行业的健康快速发展至关重要，它能规避机会主义风险，降低企业间的交易费用，促进企业间的合作愿望，提高供应链的快速反应能力。信任的前因包括声誉、沟通等方面，不同情境下信任的内涵也不相同，对供应链企业的影响也不同。
