CaMoO4微晶的微波水热法可控合成

             

摘要

Well-crystallized CaMoO4 microcrystals, including shuttle-like, dumbbell-like and flower-like, were synthesized by micowave-hydrothermal method. The effects of reaction parameters, such as the pH value of initial solution, the volume ratio of ethylene glycol ( EG) to water and reactant time on the morphology and size of CaMoO4 were investigated. The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results showed that shuttle-like products were obtained from the solution at pH 7 and dumbbell-like products were obtained from the solution at pH 11. The size of shuttle-like microcrystals decreased with increasing the volume ratio of EG. When the ratio of V(EG): K(H2O) was A-1, the size of CaMoO4 was about 1 μm in length and 0.5 μm in middle width. In addition, flower-like microcrystals with an average diameler of 5 μm were obtained when the reaction time was 3 h, and the formation process of self-assembled CaMoO4 flower morphologies was proposed.%采用微波水热法合成出梭状、哑铃状和花状的CaMoO4微晶,考察pH、乙二醇(EG)与水的体积比和反应时间对产物形貌和尺寸的影响.用X线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物的结构形貌进行了表征.结果表明:pH为7时,合成产物为梭子状;pH为11时,合成的产物为哑铃状.随着EG加入量的增加,梭状颗粒的尺寸逐渐减小,当V( EG)∶V(H2O)为4∶1时,得到了长轴为1μm、短轴为0.5 μm的梭状CaMoO4粉体.另外,反应时间为3h时,可得到粒径为5 μm的花状形貌的产物,并提出自组装CaMoO4花状形貌的形成过程.
