复合材料型材在紫外-凝露和自然环境下老化机制

         

摘要

对拉挤成型的玻璃纤维增强复合材料进行自然暴露老化和紫外凝露加速老化试验,研究了不饱和聚酯基型材和乙烯基酯树脂型材在2种环境下的质量、外观颜色、微观形态以及拉伸性能随老化时间的变化,并用红外光谱分析了材料结构的变化.结果表明:在紫外-凝露环境下,复合材料表面颜色变黄,损伤产生于材料表面树脂;老化1 a后,不饱和聚酯基型材和乙烯基酯树脂型材质量分别下降0.73%和0.76%,拉伸模量分别下降18.85%和38.57%,而对不饱和聚酯基型材的拉伸强度无明显副作用,乙烯基酯树脂型材强度下降为78.54%.在自然环境老化1a后,型材性能变化趋势与紫外-凝露环境下一致,但是变化量较少.%The tests were carried on two kinds of glass fiber reinforced polymer composite pultruded profiles. The mass and appearance color changes, micro-morphology and tensile property change of unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl resin based pultruded profiles with different ageing time in ultraviolet ( UV)-condensation and nature ageing environments were studied. The results show that the color of the irradiated surface obviously turned yellow in the UV-condensation environment because the damage produced in surface resins. After one year ageing in the UV-condensation environment, the mass of unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl resin based pultruded profiles reduced by 0. 73% and 0. 76%, respectively.The loss of tensile modulus were 18. 85% and 38. 75%,respectively. The tensile strength of vinyl resin based pultruded profiles declined to 78. 54%,but it remained stable for unsaturated polyester composites. The performance variation trend of pultruded profiles in natural ageing environment shows consistent with that in UV-condensation environment,but the changes amount were small.
