PURPOSE: A dew condensation sensing device and a method for sensing an electronic device and the dew condensation are provided to detect water drops by guiding the water drops to a water drop sensing unit in short time from when the dew condensation is started, thereby sensing the dew condensation in short time.;CONSTITUTION: A dew condensation sensing device(20) comprises a dew condensation generating unit, a concavo-convex unit, and a detection unit. The dew condensation generating unit contains a surface where dew condensation is generated. The concavo-convex unit is formed on the surface of the dew condensation generating unit.
