基于 Android的线路巡视管理系统设计开发

         

摘要

配电线路巡视是电网运行的重要工作,承担掌握配电线路运行状态,及时发现缺陷、防止事故发生的重要作用。然而实际工作中,巡视到位率无法有效监管、跳巡漏巡甚至不巡等现象一直是困扰电网运行管理的重要现实问题。本文基于Android操作系统、GPS定位与3G通信技术,设计了移动智能巡视终端、监管客户端、后台服务器三位一体配电线路运维智能管理系统,实现了人员自主定位、无线数据回传和后台查询管理等功能。该系统已在多家电力公司巡视工作中实际应用,能够有效地对巡视工作进行监管,提高了管理效能,配电网事故率显著下降。%Essential to smooth power grid operation,distribution net line inspection plays a crucial role in knowing the running situation of the lines,identifying faults,and preventing possible accidents.In reality,however,there exist some problems associated with administrating power grid operation affairs ,for instance,the failure to effectively monitor the rate of inspections,skipping inspections,missing inspections,even without inspections.Based on Android operating system,GPS positioning and 3G communication technology,a trinity intelligent management system for running and maintaining distribution net lines is designed,involving mobile intelligent terminal inspection,supervision clients,and back-end servers.The design makes personnel autonomous positioning ,wireless data backhaul and background check management and other functions possible.This system has been used for inspection work in a number of power companies,and the application shows that it can effectively supervise the inspection work,improve the management efficiency,and reduce distribution accident rates.
