转Bt基因棉株朱砂叶螨空间分布型

     

摘要

朱砂叶螨在都昌县转Bt基因棉上的种群消长表现为一个高峰,出现在7月中旬,密度高达5.4头/株;通过运用聚集型指标、Taylor幂法则和Iwao等的m*-(x)直线回归分析法,得出朱砂叶螨在6~10月份的空间分布型为聚集分布;聚集是由环境条件引起的.最适抽样数N=39.8+28.775/(x).本研究为转Bt棉田防治朱砂叶螨提供了理论基础与实践指导.%The peak of population dynamic of Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval was discovered to happen in the transgenic Bt cotton in Duchang county of Jiangxi province,in July,with the highest dynamic being more than 5.4 individual per plant.Sever aggregation indices,Taylor power law and liner regression equation of Iwao were used to determine the spatial distribution type of T.cinnabarinus.The assembly distribution from June to October was revealed,which is caused by environmental conditions.Based on above analysis,the optimum sampling number was established to be N=39.8+28.775/(x).The study provided a theoretical basis and a practical guidance for the control of T.cinnabarinus in Bt cotton field.
