ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the factors influencing prognosis in femoral artery pseud-oaneurysm due to addictive drug injection.Methods Clinical data of 66 patients with femoral ar-tery pseudoaneurysm due to addictive drug injection were analyzed retrospectively.Among the 66 patients,58 underwent femoral artery ligation,and 8 underwent revascularization(2 underwent re-vascularization with artificial graft and 6 with great saphenous vein graft).The short-term effica-cy was observed.In addition,all patients were followed up for 1 year and the blood supply of af-fected limb was evaluated by oxygen saturation of distal limb,ankle brachial index and motor function.Results All patients had successful limb salvage with normal lower extremity blood flow after operation.Vascular graft infection occurred 1 month after operation but no limb necro-sis was found after graft removal and femoral artery ligation in 1 patient.Intermittent claudication occurred 2,3,4 and 6 months after artery ligation but disappeared after 1 year in 4 patients.Mus-cle atrophy occurred 1 year after operation in 2 patients.No lower limb ischemia symptoms were found in patients who underwent revascularization.Conclusion The history of addictive drug in-jection,oxygen saturation of distal limb,ankle brachial index,surgery procedures,postoperative infection control and functional training are the main factors affecting prognosis in femoral artery pseudoaneurysm due to addictive drug injection.%目的：探讨毒品注射性股动脉假性动脉瘤预后的影响因素。方法对66例注射毒品致股动脉假性动脉瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。58例行股动脉结扎术，8例行血管重建术（人造血管重建术2例、大隐静脉重建术 6例）。观察患者的近期治疗效果，对所有患者进行术后1年的随访，采用肢体末梢血氧饱和度、踝肱指数及其运动功能评价患肢血供情况。结果术后所有病例患侧下肢末端的血液循环良好。1例患者在术后1个月出现人工血管感染，行人工血管拆除术，并行股动脉结扎术，未出现肢体坏死。所有患者术后均获1年随访，66例患者均保肢成功，其中4例患者行动脉结扎术后分别于2、3、4及6个月出现间歇性跛行，1年后间歇性跛行消失；2 例 1年后出现肌肉萎缩乏力。行血管重建术患者未出现下肢缺血症状。结论毒品注射史、肢体末梢血氧饱和度、踝肱指数、手术治疗方案、术后感染控制和功能锻炼为毒品注射性股动脉假性动脉瘤患者手术治疗预后的主要影响因素。
