目的：探讨暂时性腹腔关闭技术在严重腹腔感染中的应用效果。方法对17例严重腹腔感染患者采用聚乙烯酒精水化海藻盐泡沫敷料作为暂时性腹腔关闭材料，创面外贴半透性粘贴薄膜，形成负压封闭引流关闭系统，术后进行综合治疗，根据患者恢复情况，术后第7-10天分别行确定性关腹术。结果全组存活率94．1％，切口疝发生率5．9％。88．2％的患者在预定时间行确定性关腹术，术后恢复良好，无切口疝并发症。结论对严重腹腔感染患者采用暂时性腹腔关闭技术能有效降低腹内压，充分腹腔引流，减少切口疝的发生。%Objective To investigate the application and efficacy of temporary abdominal clo-sure technology in severe abdominal infection.Methods Clinical data of 1 7 patients with severe abdominal infection were retrospective analyzed.The polyvinyl alcohol-hydration seaweed salt foam dressing was used for temporary abdominal closure and semipermeable film was pasted on the wound to form a closed vacuum sealing drainage system.Comprehensive treatment was per-formed after operation,and definitive abdominal closure was carried out at 7-10 days after opera-tion according to the recovery of patients.Results The overall survival rate was 94.1% and the incidence of incisional hernia was 5.9%.About 88.2% of patients underwent definitive surgery for abdominal closure at the predetermined time and achieved a good recovery without incisional hernia.Conclusion Temporary abdominal closure technology can effectively reduce intra-abdomi-nal pressure and incidence of incisional hernia and lead to adequate peritoneal drainage.Therefore, temporary abdominal closure technology is suitable for patients with severe abdominal infection.
