系统性硬化症并发肺间质病变发病机制与诊断研究进展

摘要

系统性硬化症(systemic sclerosis,SSc)是风湿科常见多发病之一,是一种累及全身多系统多器官的结缔组织病(connective tissue disease,CTD).肺间质病变(interstitial lung disease ILD)是SSc肺脏受累的主要表现,是影响SSc患者死亡的主要原因.本文就SSc合并ILD的遗传易感性、发病机制、相关的生物标志物及诊断研究最新进展进行综述,为提高临床医师对SSc-ILD的认识提供借鉴.%Systemic sclerosis(SSc),one of the most common diseases in rheumatology,is a connective tissue disease (CTD) involving multiple systems and organs.Interstitial lung disease (ILD),a frequent complication of SSc,is the main cause of death in patients with SSc.To improve the awareness of clinicians concerning SSc-ILD,this paper summarizes the recent advances in genetic susceptibility,pathogenesis,related biomarkers and diagnosis of SSc-ILD.
