基于ARAMIS的铝合金拉伸过程声发射特性分析

     

摘要

The uniaxial tensile test was carried out on 5052 aluminum alloy sheet.The strain field of the alumi-num alloy material during the stretching process was obtained by using the ARAMIS strain measurement system.At the same time,the acoustic emission of the aluminum alloy was detected by the acoustic emission detector signal in the same process.By specific analysis,the mechanism of the acoustic emission signal of the 5052 aluminum alloy during the stretching process was analyzed by comparing the static cloud image obtained at the same time with the ARAMIS.The experimental results showed that the ARAMIS strain measurement system and the acoustic emission detector can appropriately measure the deformation and failure characteristics of the 5052 aluminum alloy during the stretching process.With the help of the ARAMIS strain measurement system,the changing law of the Lüder's Bands can further explain the cause of the acoustic emission signal during the stretching of the specimen.%对5052铝合金板材进行了单向拉伸试验,利用ARAMIS应变测量系统获得了铝合金材料在拉伸过程中的应变场,并同时用声发射检测仪检测了铝合金拉伸过程中的声发射信号.通过分析试件拉伸过程中各个阶段声发射特征信号,对比同时刻ARAMIS所得的应变云图,结合金属学原理,分析了5052铝合金在拉伸过程中各个阶段声发射信号产生的机制.结果表明:ARAMIS应变测量系统和声发射检测仪均能较好地测得5052铝合金在拉伸过程的变形破坏特征,利用ARAMIS应变测量系统测得试件表面吕德斯带的变化规律可以进一步解释试件在拉伸过程中声发射信号产生原因.
