凤凰电排站现地控制系统设计

             

摘要

采用西门子S7-300PLC完成了南昌昌北凤凰电排站现地控制系统的设计。在水泵控制方式中,详细介绍了模块化设计的实现方法;在闸门控制方式中,给出了闸门控制流程,并对运行过程中可能出现的各种故障进行了分析;针对水位传感器的线性化特征,介绍了采样值到实际值之间的映射实现方式。最后介绍了PLC系统接入区域以太网络与上位机组态通信的方法。系统投入使用以来,运行正常,得到了用户的肯定。%This paper uses Siemens S7-300 PLC in the local control system of Fenghuang pumping station which is located in North Nanchang. The modular programmable methods are discussed in detail in the in-troduction to pump control and the flow chart of gate running and various potential faults are mentioned in the part of gate control. Moreover,the map algorithm between the initial value and the engineer value is put forward considering the linearization feature of the water level sensor. At last,it also describes how PLC systems access Ethernet system and establish communication with computer. The control system has proved by stable running and the support from users.
