通过构建城市化和生态环境综合评价指标体系，利用协调度和协调发展度模型，定量分析福建省1995—2009年城市化与生态环境协调发展演进规律．结果表明：福建省城市化指数总体呈持续上升的趋势，生态环境指数波动性上涨；二者的协调发展度呈明显的阶段性，可分为1995-1999年的失调衰退阶段、2000-2001年的过渡调和阶段和2002-2009年的协调发展阶段．在城市化与生态环境的内部关系中，失调衰退阶段和过渡调和阶段生态环境保护相对超前，而城市化的发展相对滞后；在协调发展阶段中，生态环境的发展滞后于城市化的发展．%Through constructing the comprehensive index system to evaluate the urbanization ecological environment, we analyze with quantitative method the coordinated development trend between urbanization and ecological environment from 1995 to 2009 with the coordinated development degree model. The result indicates that the urbanization index in Fujian is continuously rising, whereas the ecological environment index fluctuates;that there are two obvious phases in the coordinated development degree, with 1995-- 1999 being the declining phase and 2002--2009 the developing one. In the first phase, the level of ecoenvironment development is higher than that of urbanization, while in the second phase, the ecological development lags behind urbanization.
