表面活性剂对化学复合镀Ni-P- ZrO2的影响

         

摘要

The Ni - P - ZrO2 electroless composite plating was prepared by electroless compound plating technology. The stability of the electrolyte, deposition rate and the content of the compound in the coating was studied by adding different type of surfactant into hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, dodecane akly benzenes sulfonic acid sodium, OP - 10 and the combination of the three. The best surfactant was chosen which is good for Ni - P - ZrO2 composite coating. The result shows that with the surfactant addition, electrolyte stability gets better obviously. The type of the surfactant has great effect on the content of the compound in the coating. The coating has the highest Zr content, when sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and OP - 10 is added together, and the surface of the coating is smooth and compact. In comprehensive consideration of electrolyte stability, deposition rate and the content of Zr in the coating, the best surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and OP - 10 which is added together.%采用化学复合镀技术制备Ni -P-ZrO2化学复合镀层.研究了表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和OP-10及其组合对化学复合镀Ni -P-ZrO2的镀液稳定性、镀速及镀层复合量的影响.优选了适合化学复合镀Ni -P-ZrO2镀层的表面活性剂.结果表明:随着表面活性剂的加入,镀液稳定性明显改善;表面活性剂的种类对镀层复合量有重要影响,含十二烷基苯磺酸钠+ OP-10表面活性剂的镀液使镀层Zr含量最高,达到9%,且镀层表面最均匀致密.综合考虑镀液稳定性、镀速和镀层表面Zr含量,优选适于化学复合镀Ni -P-ZrO2的表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸+ OP-10.
