为了提供藤茶药材质量标准的依据,本文采用HPLC法建立了藤茶药材指纹图谱.色谱条件为迪马C 18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(0.1％)磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长291 nmm.采用中华人民共和国药典委员会出版的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(版本:2004A)进行数据分析,最终建立了藤茶的HPLC指纹图谱,并标定了10个共有指纹峰.方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求,可用于建立藤茶药材的指纹图谱.%To provide the basis for quality standards of Ampelopsis grossedentata, the fingerprints of Ampelopsis grossedentata were established by HPLC in the present study. The samples were separated by a Diamonsil C18 column (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile -0.1% H3PO4 gradient system as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ? Min-1 and the detective wave length for the fingerprinting was at 291 um. Then the chromatograms were compared with "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM" software published by ChPC ( Version 2004A). Therefore, HPLC fingerprint were established with 10 marked common peaks, and the methodology satisfy the requirements of fingerprint technology. The obtained method was stable and reliable with good repeatability, which may be used to establish HPLC fingerprint of Ampelopsis grossedentata (Hand-Mazz) W.T.Wang.
