异色瓢虫的交配及配后的保护行为研究

         

摘要

通过室内试验,对异色瓢虫的交配及配后的保护行为进行了初步研究.结果表明:异色瓢虫完成交配时间为110.89 min,雌雄虫生殖器结合39 min后雄虫的身体开始晃动,完成一次交配雄虫晃动的总时间为75.11min,雄虫晃动的回合数为129.57个,每个晃动回合包括几个至十几个身体左右晃动的单元,晃动持续直至交配结束.交配结束后,雌雄生殖器分离,雄虫对雌虫继续抱对,持续时间为9.37 min,占交配时间的比例为1/12,推测其为异色瓢虫的配后保护行为.同种干扰的雌雄虫均不会影响交配各阶段时间,但在有雄虫存在的情况下,交配雄虫延长了配后保护时间.交配雌雄虫中有过交配经历的交配组合相对于处女虫交配组合,雄虫晃动前交配等待时间延长,平均晃动回合时间变长,晃动回合数减少;有无交配经历不会影响配后保护时间.%Mating behavior and post-copulatory guarding behavior of Harmonia axyridis (Pallas) was investigated in the current work. Results showed that the total time of copulation was 110.89 minutes. The male in copulation began body shaking about 39 minutes after genital connection. Body shaking included 129.57 bouts, and one bout of body shaking contained several units. Body shaking lasted until copulation had finished. Genital separated after finishing copulation. The male prolonged matingfor 9.37 minutes by guarding the female, accounting a twelfth of the total time of copulation, indicating a post-copulatory guarding behavior. The male or female of intraspecific interference did not affect the time of various mate stages of Harmonia axyridis. The male in copulation prolonged the time of post-copulatory guarding when other male present.Compared with the virgin Harmonia axyridis, the copulation time of mating experienced male and female were longer, however no obvious difference in post-copulatory guarding time were investigated between the two types.
