In order to provide scientific basis for integrated pest control, the species, damage and nature enemies of pests of Polygonum capitatum. in Guizhou were observed by outdoor field investigation and indoor breeding from 2009 to 2012. The results showed that there are totally 37 species belonging to 6 orders, 20 families, among which 33 species were firstly recorded from Polygonm capitatu. Monolepta hieroglyphica ( Motschulsky) , Spodoptera litura ( Fabricius ) , Agrotis ypsilon ( Rottemberg) , Cletus punctiger Dallas and Pegomyia hyosciami (Panzer) were the most serious pest on Polygonum capitatum, and there are 12 kinds of natural enemies belonging to 3 families 2 orders.%于2009～2012年,采用野外调查和室内饲养相结合的方法,对贵州头花蓼害虫种类、为害及其天敌进行了研究.结果表明:贵州头花蓼的害虫共6目20科37种,其中33种系首次报道为害头花蓼,并以双斑萤叶甲Monolepta hieroglyphica (Motschulsky)、斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura (Fabricius)、小地老虎Agrotis ypsilon(Rottemberg)、稻棘缘蝽Cletus punctiger Dallas和甜菜潜叶蝇Pegomyia hyosciami(Panzer)为害最为严重；头花蓼害虫的天敌有2目3科12种.
