单双散热体加热设备对烤房烘烤性能及烤后烟叶质量的影响

         

摘要

为探究单、双散热体加热设备在密集烘烤中的应用效果,以常规加热设备为对照(CK)研究安装单散热体加热设备(T1)和双散热体加热设备(T2)后的烤房主要烘烤性能及烤后烟叶质量变化情况。结果表明:T1升温速度较 CK 低0.16~0.25℃·h-1,T2低0.08~0.21℃·h-1,T2升温速度稍快于 T1;空载时,在3 h 内 T1、T2分别降低了15.7℃、10.9℃,降温幅度小于 CK 的21.8℃;满载时,各处理升温至55℃并停止加煤3h 后,T1、T2温度分别降低1.4℃、0.7℃,均低于 CK 降低的2.7℃,较 CK 温度更为稳定;T1、T2、CK 三者中上等烟率及均价间无显著差异;T1、T2除石油醚提取物含量显著高于 CK 外,其余主要化学成份与 CK 无明显差异;T2、T1、CK 烤后烟叶内在质量评分分别为60.9、60.1、60.0(下、中、上部烟叶平均得分),T2的内在质量较好,T1和 CK 次之。%Differences of curing property and quality of cured tobacco leaves in bulk curing system equipping single heat exchanger body heating equipment (T1 )、dual heat exchanger body heating equipment(T2)and conventional heating equipment (CK),and their applying effects ,were explored.Results showed that com-pared with CK,heating rate of T1 declined by 0.1 6 ~0.25℃·h-1 ,that of T2 declined by 0.08 ~0.21 ℃· h-1 ,and heating rate of T2 slightly faster than that of the T1 ;Temperature of T1 and T2 decreased 1 5.7 ℃and 1 0.9 ℃in the empty barn in 3 hours,respectively ,which was slower than CK(21 .8 ℃).When all treat-ments heated up to 55 ℃ after full loaded and stop heating for 3 hour,temperature of T1 ,T2,CK reduced by 1 .4 ℃,0.7 ℃ and 2.7 ℃ respectively.Temperature of T1 ,T2 is more stable than CK.For the average price and the first and second grade of tobacco leaves,there were no significant difference between T1 ,T2 and CK. For tobacco leaves chemical components,the main chemical composition had no difference between T1 and T2 except the content of petroleum ether extracts.For the internal quality of tobacco leaves,score of T2 ,T1 and CK were 60.9,60.9,60.0 (average score of lower、middle and upper leaves)respectively.T2 had supe-rior internal quality of the three.
