为探索合适的测定技术和方法提供理论依据,本文采用药膜法和稻茎浸渍法测定了氯虫苯甲酰胺对黑肩绿盲蝽的毒性。结果表明:药膜法测定氯虫苯甲酰胺对黑肩绿盲蝽若虫和成虫均为不安全等级,LC50值分别为0.1097和0.1324 mg/L。稻茎浸渍法测定结果均为安全等级,LC50值分别为83.5238和64.3232 mg/L。研究结果表明,药膜法不适合测定氯虫苯甲酰胺对黑肩绿盲蝽的毒性;而稻茎浸渍法对黑肩绿盲蝽比较适合。%In order to provide a theoretical basis to the test methods and technology, the toxicity of chlorantra-niliprole to Cyrtorhinus lividipennis was tested by using the residual film method and rice -stem dipping method. The results examined by toxic film method showed that chlorantraniliprole was unsafe to the third in-star nymphs and adults, the estimated LC50 on nymphs and adults were 0. 1097 and 0. 1324 mg/L, respec-tively. Whereas chlorantraniliprole was safe to the third instar nymphs and adults by rice - stem dipping method, the estimated LC50 on nymphs and adults were 83. 5238 and 64. 3232 mg/L, respectively. These re-sults suggested that the toxic film method was not suitable for measuring of the toxicity of chlorantraniliprole to C. lividipennis, while the rice-stem dipping method was suited to detect the toxicity to chlorantraniliprole in C. lividipennis.
