烟草黑胫病菌对7种杀菌剂的敏感性

         

摘要

The toxicity of seven fungicides against Phytophthora nicotianaewere determined by colony diameter method in laboratory, and the resistance level was evaluated by the method of contrast EC50 of Phytophthora nicotianae. The results showed that 1% phenazino -1- carboxylic acid SC gave the best toxicity against P. nicotianae, whose EC50 value was 0. 068 μg/mL. The second one was 40% flusilazole EC, whose EC50 value was 0. 1276 μg/mL. The worst effect was ob﹣tained from 70% propineb WP , whose EC50 value was 85.4334μg/mL. Therefore, 1% phenazino-1-carboxylic acid SC and 40% flusilazole EC were effective for P. nicotianae prevention, and the resistance level were less than 1μg/mL. Al﹣so, 70% propineb WP demonstrated a high resistance level, and the resistance level was greater than100 μg/mL.%采用7种杀菌剂对烟草黑胫病菌室内毒力,并通过对比EC50的方法得出烟草黑胫病菌的抗性水平。结果表明:在7种杀菌剂中,1%的申嗪霉素SC对烟草黑胫病菌的毒力最强,其EC50值为0.0684μg/mL;其次为40%氟硅唑EC,EC50值为0.1276μg/mL。70%丙森锌WP对烟草黑胫病菌的毒力最差,其EC50值为85.4334μg/mL。根据结果得出烟草黑胫病菌对1%的申嗪霉素SC和40%氟硅唑EC表现敏感且抗性水平范围均小于1μg/mL;对70%丙森锌WP已达到高抗水平且抗性水平范围大于100μg/mL。
