膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘要

目的 探讨膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞癌的临床特点和病理特征.方法 报告1例肉眼血尿伴休克的膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤患者的诊治资料,并结合文献进行探讨.结果 膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT)以血尿和尿痛为最常见症状,肿瘤好发于膀胱底部、顶壁、侧壁:TURBT或膀胱部分切除术效果佳；确诊需依靠病理学检查.结论 发生于膀胱的IMT为低度恶性,治疗原则以切除肿瘤、保留膀胱功能为主.%Objective To evaluate the clinical and pathological features of bladder inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT). Methods Data of 1 case of bladder 1MT with gross hematuria and shock was retrospectively reviewed. Results The common symptoms of bladder IMT included hematuria and irritative voiding. All bladder masses were located in the bottom and lateral wall of the bladder. The TURBT or partial cystcctomy could produce satisfactory prognosis. The final diagnosis depended on pathological examination. Conclusion Bladder IMT has low potential malignancy. Management of such lesion involves local control by TURBT or open surgery with bladder preservation.
