儿童肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻手术方法的分析与评价(附光盘)

摘要

Ureteropelvic junction obstruction is a common cause of hydronephrosis ,which can be treated with Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty ,Foley Y-V pyeloplasty ,Ferger ,Hellstr?m and balloon dilatation .Anderen-Hynes pyeloplasty is the gold standard for surgical treatment of ureteropelvic junction of obstruction ,including open surgery ,retroperitoneoscopy ,intraper-itoneoscopy ,and robot-assisted and other surgery .This paper will evaluate and review the surgical techniques for ureteropelvic junction obstruction .%肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻是肾积水常见病因 ,手术术式分为非离断性肾盂成形术(包括Foley Y-V成形术、Fenger成形术及Hellstr?m术等非离断式肾盂成形术等) ,离断性肾盂成形术和球囊扩张术等术式 ,其中离断式肾盂成形术是治疗肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻的标准术式 ,该手术有开放术式 ,后腹腔腹腔镜、经腹腔腹腔镜和机器人辅助腹腔镜等手术方式.本文主要对儿童肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻诸多术式进行简要分析与评价.
