肝细胞癌组织中PSCA和TBX2表达分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the expression of PSCA and TBX2 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)speci-mens. Methods:The expression of PSCA and TBX2 was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 64 formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded HCC and and corresponding paired adjacent noncancerous tissues. Results:The expression of PSCA and TBX2 in HCC were increased remarkably (73% and 75% respectively),compared with those in adja-cent noncancerous tissues,respectively (P＜0. 05). The expression of PSCA was localized in the cytoplasm and TBX2 in the cytoplasm and cytoplasmuclei of hepatic cell. The expression of PSCA and TBX2 in HCC was not correla-ted with gender and age ,respectively (P＞0. 05),but correlated with stage ,grade and metastasis ,respectively (P＜0. 05). Conclusion:The abnormal expression of PSCA and TBX2 was related with carcinogenesis of HCC. PSCA and TBX2 might be candidate targets for the therapy of HCC.%目的:初步研究肝细胞癌组织中前列腺干细胞抗原(prostate stem cell antigen,PSCA)和T-box转录因子(T-box transcription factors,TBX2)的表达情况及临床意义.方法:收集64例甲醛固定石蜡包埋的肝细胞癌和癌旁组织,利用SP免疫组化方法检测组织中PSCA和TBX2的表达情况.结果:在肝细胞癌组织中PSCA和TBX2的表达率分别为73%和75%,均高于癌旁组织中的表达(P＜0. 05).PSCA蛋白表达位于肝细胞的胞浆中而TBX2蛋白表达位于肝细胞胞浆或者胞核中.肝细胞癌组织中PSCA和TBX2的表达与性别、年龄无关(P＞0. 05),但是分别与临床分期、病理分级和转移有关(P＜0. 05).结论:PSCA和TBX2的异常表 达与肝细胞癌变有关,PSCA和TBX2可能会成为肝细胞癌的治疗靶点.
