目前国内外普遍认为AIDS与普通人群中少见恶性肿瘤肛门癌之间存在着关联性,并且与普通人群肛门癌患者相比,其临床表现更加复杂,这对临床医生提出了更多和更高的关于预防和治疗方面的要求.%Resently domestic and foreign researchers generally deems that AIDS and the rare malignant tumor such as anal carcinoma in the general crowds have certain associativity.Compared with the general crowd,the patient with anal carcinoma always displays more complex clinical manifestations,and proposed more higher request about preventions and the treatments to the medical doctors.
