目的:观察85例III期乳腺癌患者治疗的疗效,寻找提高疗效的策略.方法:2003年6月至2005年12月85例III 期乳腺癌患者接受了外科手术治疗,根据是否接受新辅助化疗分为手术组(41例)和新辅助化疗组(44例),比较两组的手术性质及治疗结果.结果:新辅助化疗组的无病生存期为59.1个月,明显高于手术组的43.1个月(P＜0.05),新辅助化疗组的5年无病生存率为36.16%,手术组为34.14%( P＞0.05).结论:局部晚期乳腺癌患者接受新辅助化疗后手术可提高无病生存时间,值得临床推广.%Objective :To analyze the effect of 85 cases of stage Ⅲ breast cancer. Methods: From June 2003 to December 2005,85 patients with operable stage Ⅲ breast cancer received surgical operation. They were divided into two groups according to treatment. Operation group( n= 41 ) and preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy group( n=44 ). The operative quality and curative outcome were compared between these groups. Results: The disease free survival time of neoadjuvant chemotherapy group was 59.4 months which was obviously longer than that of operation group 43.1 months ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The 5 - year disease free survival rate of the patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 36.16％ ,which was little higher than ( 34.14％ ) the patients of operation group( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion: Compared with operation group, neoadjuvant chemotherapy can obviously improve DFS time in patients with operable locally advanced breast cancer.
