乳腺癌血管生成拟态及其与VEGF表达相关性的研究

摘要

目的:探讨乳腺癌中是否存在血管生成拟态(VM),检测VEGF的表达情况,并通过研究二者的关系,初步探讨VM形成的分子机制.方法:选取乳腺癌石蜡标本146例,另选20例乳腺良性病变作对照,进行PAS和CD)34双重染色,观察是否存在VM;然后对存在VM者和不存在VM者进行VEGF染色,并比较他们之间的相互关系.结果:146例乳腺癌标本中38例存在VM.存在VM组的VEGF值明显高于不存在VM组的VEGF值.结论:乳腺癌中存在VM,VEGF参与了VM的形成.%Objective:To explore the clinical significance of vasculogenic mimicry (VM) in patients with the breast carcinoma and the relationship between vasculogenic mimicry and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF). Methods:Total of 146 paraffin specimens of breast carcinoma and 20 paraffin specimens of benign breast diseases were chosen to perform double staining of PAS and CD34 and VM were observed. And then specimens existing VM and the controls were performed VEGF staining. The relationship of breast carcinoma VM with VEGF expression and prognosis were compared. Results:Thirty eight specimens were found existing VM. The VEGF expression of VM group was significantly higher than that of non - VM group. Conclusion; VM exists in breast carcinoma. The expression of VEGF was related to vasculogenic mimicry.
