Fas/FasL系统和IL-10在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

         

摘要

目的:研究Fas/FasL系统和IL-10在乳腺癌及乳腺增生症中的表达状况,并探讨三者与乳腺癌的发生、癌细胞侵袭转移的关系及临床意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,对65例乳腺癌和20例良性增生症石蜡包埋切片中的Fas/FasL和IL-10进行检测.结果:Fas阳性表达率在乳腺癌组为41.54%,在乳腺增生症组为90.00% (P <0.05);在乳腺癌中有腋淋巴结转移组为25.71%,无腋淋巴结转移组为60.00% (P<0.05).FasL阳性表达率在乳腺癌组为75.38%,乳腺增生症组为15.00% (P <0.05).IL-10阳性表达率在乳腺癌组为58.46%,乳腺增生症组为10.00%(P<0.05).在乳腺癌中有腋淋巴结转移组为71.43%,无腋淋巴结转移组为43.33% (P <0.05).在乳腺癌组织中Fas与FasL的表达呈负相关,Fas与IL-10的表达无明显相关,FasL与IL-10的表达呈正相关.结论:Fas在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显低于乳腺增生症,FasL和IL-10在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于乳腺增生症,Fas和IL-10的表达与腋淋巴结转移有一定的相关性.在乳腺癌组织中FasL和IL-10的表达之间存在相关性.%Objective;To study the expression of Fas/FasL and IL - 10 in human breast cancer tissues and evaluate their effects on carcincgenesis,cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis of breast carcinomas, as well as clinical significance. Methods;The expression of Fas/FasL,IL -10 was envaluated in 65 cases of paraffin embedded samples of breast cancer and 20 cases of hyperplasia of mammary gland by immunohistochemical technique (SP). Results; The positive expression rate of Fas was 41. 54 % in breast cancer and 90.00 % in hyperplasia of mammary gland, (P <0.05). The expression of FasL with lymphnode metastasis was 25.71 % and it was 60.00 % without lymph-node metastasis in breast cancer (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of FasL was 75.38 % in breast cancer and it was 15.00 % in hyperplasia of mammary gland (P < 0.05 ). The positive expression rate of IL - 10 was 58.46 % in breast cancer and it was 10. 00 % in hyperplasia of mammary gland (P < 0.05). The expression of IL -10 with lymphnode metastasis was 71.43 % and it was 43.33 % without lymphnode metastasis in breast cancer (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between Fas and FasL( r = - 0.461,P < 0.01) , there was no correlation between Fas and IL-10 (r= -0.049, P >0.05),and there was a positive correlation between FasL and IL- 10(r = 0. 533, P < 0.01). Conclusion;The positive expression rate of Fas was less in breast cancer than in hyperplasia of mammary gland , the positive expression rates of FasL and IL -10 were higher in breast cancer than in hyperplasia of mammary gland , the expression of Fas and IL - 10 is correlated with lymphnode metastasis. Detecting the expression of Fas/ FasL in breast cancer is helpful to judge the biological behavior of breast cancer, these three markers may be considered as reliable markers in clinical diagnosis and the prognosis of brest carcinoma.
