Objective:To investigate the significance and relationship between expression C - erbB -2 and Ebpl in colorectal cancer and clinicopathological features. Methods: Immunohistochemistry (EnVision) was used to detect the expression of C - erbB - 2 and Ebpl protein in colorectal cancer and normal tissues of 65 patients, and the relationship of C - erbB - 2 and Ebpl protein expression with the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer was analyzed. Results:C -erbB -2 was overexpressed in colorectal cancer compared with normal tissue,diametrically Ebpl was very low expression ( P < 0. 05). The expression of C - erbB - 2 and Ebpl were not related to age, sex and family tumor history of patient. However,the high level expression of C - erbB -2 and the low level expression of Ebpl were positively correlated with the TNM staging, tumor differentiation,ymphatic metastasis of colorectal cancer(P <0.05) , positively associated with the expression of C - erbB - 2 and negatively with that of Ebpl (P < 0. 05). Conclusion; The combined determination of C - erbB - 2 and Ebpl in colorectal cancer is helpful to judgment of metastasis and prognosis and provide the basis for the study of tumor immunotherapy.%目的:研究C-erbB-2与Ebp1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系及意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学法(EnVision)对65例结直肠癌患者的肿瘤组织及正常结直肠组织分别行C-erbB-2与Ebp1蛋白检测.结果:结直肠癌肿瘤组织中C-erbB-2的表达明显高于正常结直肠组织(P＜0.05),Ebp1的表达明显低于正常结直肠组织(P＜0.05)；结直肠癌肿瘤组织中C-erbB-2与Ebp1表达与患者年龄、性别以及家族史无关,C-erbB-2的高表达与Ebp1的低表达与肿瘤的TNM分期、分化程度以及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P均＜0.05)；C-erbB-2与Ebp1蛋白表达呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论:C-erbB-2和Ebp1联合检测有助于对肿瘤转移及预后情况的判断,并为以Ebp1作为生物学靶点的肿瘤免疫治疗研究提供依据.
