细胞印片在术中快速冰冻病理诊断中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨细胞印片在术中快速冰冻病理诊断中的价值.方法:将246例术中送检标本进行细胞印片和冰冻切片诊断,并分别与术后石蜡切片诊断进行比较、计算诊断符合率,分析两者符合率的差异.结果:本组收集的术中标本246例,同时做细胞印片及冰冻切片,与石蜡切片结果对比,细胞印片能准确诊断的为232例,符合率为94.31％；冰冻切片能明确诊断的为235例,符合率为95.53％.二者没有显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:术中快速冰冻病理诊断中,细胞印片是一种简易、快速、直接判断良恶性的可靠辅助诊断手段.%Objective;To investigate the value of imprint cytology in intra -operative pathologic diagnosis. Methods : Total of 246 cases were detected by both imprint cytology and frozen section during operation. The results of imprint cytology and frozen section were compared with the post - operation paraffin sections diagnosis, respectively, then calculate the coincidence rate. Results:In 246 cases,diagnosed correctly by imprint cytology(232/246,94. 31% ) .diagnosed correctly by frozen section(235/246,95. 53% ) . There was no obvious difference in imprint cytology and frozen section compared with post - operation paraffin sections respectively (P >0.05). Conclusion:Imprint cytology is a simple, quick, reliable diagnosis method to distinguish benign and malignant tumor in intra - operative pathologic diagnosis.
