Objective:To study the effect of three -dimensional waterphantom system.Methods:Applying a series of experiments under different test conditions with various measurement auxiliaries and summarizing its influence on measurement.Results:Different measuring conditions on the measured results had certain differences.Choosing the best scanning pattern and scan tool was of great significance for the accuracy of measurement,significantly improving the radiotherapy dose precision.Conclusion:For tank data acquisition and quality control work,if you got further in-formation,tank test results would be more precise and perfect.%目的：评价三维水箱作为加速器各项参数的调试和验收以及治疗计划系统数据采集的作用。方法：通过多组实验，改变在使用三维水箱测量时不同的测量条件和测试工具，总结对测量结果的影响。同时进一步分析其对于放疗质控的优劣对比。总结最佳的扫描方式。结果：不同的测量条件对测量结果有一定的差异。选择最佳的扫描模式和扫描工具对于测量的精度具有重要意义，会明显提高放射治疗的剂量精度。结论：在水箱数据采集和质控工作中，如果能够得到进一步的信息，水箱的测试结果将会更加精准、完善。
