目的：评价氯化锶（89 SrCl2）与99锝－二甲基二磷酸盐（99 Tc －MDP）联合治疗转移性骨肿瘤的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法：将转移性骨肿瘤患者126名随机分为89 SrCl2联合99 Tc －MDP 治疗组及89 SrCl2单项治疗组进行治疗，比较两组疼痛反应情况、骨转移灶的治疗情况以及不良反应的发生率。结果：对于转移性骨肿瘤的镇痛效果，联合治疗组患者中，有效率为23．81％，显效率61．90％，无效率14．29％；单项治疗组患者有效率为12．70％，显效率58．73％，无效率28．57％，两组患者镇痛疗效的差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。对于转移性骨肿瘤骨转移灶的治疗效果和不良反应发生率，联合治疗组患者中和单项治疗组患者的差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论：氯化锶（89 SrCl2）与99锝－二甲基二磷酸盐（99 Tc －MDP）联合治疗转移性骨肿瘤疼痛具有明显的效果，也可消退部分转移病灶，不良反应发生率较低，临床效果优于89 SrCl2单项治疗效果。%Objective:To assess the clinical effect and adverse effect of combination of 89 SrCl2 and 99 Tc -MDP in treatment of metastatic bone tumor.Methods:A total of 126 patients were randomly divided into combination treat-ment group treated with 89 SrCl2 and 99 Tc -MDP and single treatment group treated with 89 SrCl2 .The pain,treatment efficacy and adverse effect of metastatic bone tumor were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of combination treatment group was 23.81%.The recovery rate was 61.90% and ineffective rate was 14.29%.The effective rate,recovery rate and ineffective rate of single treatment group were 12.70%,58.73% and 28.57% respec-tively.Significant difference was found between the two groups (P <0.01).For treatment efficacy and adverse effect, there was no significant difference between the combination treatment group and single treatment group (P >0.05). Conclusion:89 SrCl2 and 99 Tc -MDP had significant effect on controlling pain,eliminating metastatic lesion and de-creasing the adverse effect,which was better than the efficacy of 89 SrCl2 treatment.
