疼痛管理在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的作用及效果评价

摘要

目的：观察疼痛管理在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的作用以及效果。方法：选择2013年4月至2014年4月我院收治的100例癌痛患者为研究对象，癌痛规范化治疗示范病房与普通病房各50例患者，分别设为观察组和对照组。观察组实施规范化管理，对照组实施普通管理，比较疼痛管理的作用以及效果。结果：两组在实施之前生活质量的各指标水平比较无显著差异（P ＞0．05），在进行实施后两组指标水平均上升，并且观察组均大于对照组（均 P ＜0．05），观察组效果为优者占比72．00％（36／50）、优良率为98．00％（49／50），均显著高于对照组的48．00％（24／50）、86．00％（43／50）。结论：在示范病房加强疼痛管理，能够提升医护工作者的专业素养，有效地给予肿瘤患者最为优质的医疗服务，对病症的治疗以及患者的生活质量有重要意义。%Objective:To evaluate the pain management evaluation standard treatment demonstration ward function and effect on cancer.Methods:Chose from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital of 100 cases of cancer patients as for study object,divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with standard pain management,the control group with general management.The effect of pain management was compared.Results:There were no significant differences in the quality of life(P >0.05)before the implementation of the two groups.Af-ter the implementation,the two groups of indicators were rising,and the observation group were greater than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Effect of observation group was better accounted for 72.00%(36 /50).The excellent and good rate was 98.00%(49 /50),significantly higher than those in the control group about 48.00%(24 /50)and 86.00%(43 /50).Conclusion:In cancer pain norms of treatment demonstration unit,increasing the standardized pain management,can improve the professional quality of nursing staff.Standard of pain treatment has very important clinical significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
