2012年-2013年鄂州市鄂城区恶性肿瘤发病及死亡情况分析

摘要

目的：分析2012年-2013年鄂州市鄂城区恶性肿瘤发病特点和死亡情况。方法：收集2012年-2013年鄂州市鄂城区居民恶性肿瘤发病和死亡资料，计算恶性肿瘤的发病率、死亡率、构成比、前10位恶性肿瘤顺位等指标，分析不同年龄、性别的恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况。结果：2012年-2013年鄂城区共计报告恶性肿瘤发病数2465例，死亡1816例，平均粗发病率为233.42/10万，平均粗死亡率为164.60/10万，死亡发病比为0.74。肺癌是合计发病第一位的恶性肿瘤，其次为消化系统肿瘤，女性恶性肿瘤发病率中乳腺癌及子宫恶性肿瘤排位前十。结论：肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、乳腺癌及子宫恶性肿瘤为鄂州市鄂城区恶性肿瘤防控的重点。%Objective:To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in urban district of Ezhou from 2012 to 2013. Methods:Collecting the data of cancer incidence and mortality in urban district of Ezhou from 2012 to 2013. The inci-dence,mortality,10 most common cancers and constitution rate were calculated and analyzing the total incidence and mortality of different age and gender. Results:There were 2 465 diagnosed cancer and 1 816 death cases registered in urban district of Ezhou from 2012 to 2013. The average crude incidence was 233. 42 / 105 ,the average crude mortality was 164. 60 / 105 ,mortality to incidence ratio was 0. 74. Lung cancer ranked the top one in total cancer incidence,next was digestive system cancer. Breast cancer,cervical cancer and uterus cancer were in the top ten cancer in female. Conclusion:Lung cancer,digestive system cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer and uterus cancer are the key canc-ers of prevention and control of cancer in urban district of Ezhou.
