血常规相关指标与食管癌患者治疗效果和预后的关系

Inflammation plays an vital role in the occurrence,progress and metastasis of malignant tumors. Its func-tion in the progress of esophageal cancer has gradually attracts peopleˊs attention as well. Nowadys,the study about some indicators in blood - RT and therapeutic efficacy as well as prognosis of esophageal cancer patients is becoming a hotpot. Here we summarize the relationship between certain markers in blood - RT and therapeutic efficacy as well as prognosis of esophageal cancer patients,and mainly introduce the advances in researches on relation between com-posite indexes and therapeutic efficacy as well as prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.%炎症在恶性肿瘤的发生、进展、转移中扮演着重要的角色，在食管癌病程进展中的作用也逐渐引起人们重视。近年来食管癌患者血常规检查中相关指标与其治疗疗效和预后的关系逐步成为研究热点。现就 EC 患者血常规检查中一些指标与其治疗疗效和预后的关系进行概述，并主要介绍血常规中炎症复合标记物与 EC 患者治疗疗效和预后关系的研究进展。
