年轻乳腺癌患者治疗后生育相关问题进展

摘要

近年来年轻乳腺癌的发病人数逐年上升，很多女性患者在确诊为乳腺癌时还未生育或者仍有生育愿望。随着现代医学的进步和多学科治疗的规范，乳腺癌患者的生存期越来越长，但乳腺癌综合治疗带来的副作用对生活质量的影响也越来越大，尤其是对那些年轻乳腺癌患者更为明显，她们更渴望回归正常的生活，渴望怀孕成为母亲。长期以来，由于害怕妊娠会对乳腺癌预后造成危害，医患双方均对乳腺癌治疗后的妊娠存在诸多疑虑而不敢付诸实践。本综述基于已有的循证医学证据，从多方面证实乳腺癌治疗后妊娠是可行的、安全的、值得关注的，希望为以后的临床实践提供参考。%Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers in women in our country. Young women with breast cancer have distinct concerns and issues compared with older women,including queries regarding fertility and preg-nancy. For a long period of there is a persistent belief that a pregnancy after breast cancer may increase the risk of cancer recurrence,these uncertainties have contributed to both physicians and patients against pregnancy. This review encompasses an overview of the current existing evidence,confirm the pregnancy after breast cancer treatment is feasi-ble,safe hope to provide a reference for future clinical practice.
